My mom is pretty creative. She took the "C is for Cookie" song that the Cookie Monster from Sesame Street always sings and turned into a song so that the kids could learn the first letter of their name.
"M is for Mia, that's good enough for me
M is for Mia, that's good enough for me,
Mia, Mia, Mia starts with....
M!"
We've been singing this for about a month now but I kept forgetting to post about it. Addie, of course, learned her letter was "A" after 5 minutes and now sings the song all by herself. Mia took a few days to learn her letter and now whenever I sing it to her, Mia says "MMMM" when I ask her what "Mia starts with..." it's adorable!
