I know that some of you have seen the girls in person but for those of you who haven’t seen them in a while or haven’t ever seen them, its probably difficult to imagine how extremely tiny they actually are. Oh I can tell you how my 9 month old niece weighs more now than Addie did at 18 months and I can tell you how my 8 month old daughter is still wearing 3-6 mo and sometimes 0-3 mo clothing but unless you see them in person, it is rather hard to picture their miniature frames.

wow...they didn't seem that tiny when I saw them that one time! That's crazy that Addie can still wear 3-6 month clothes! Parker was only in the 1st percentile for weight at his 1 year check-up but was in the 50th percentile for height. Are there percentiles really low for height too or just for weight? Parker can wear 6-9 month shorts but is too long for 6-9 month pants at almost 14 months old, but that's nothing like wearing 3-6 month clothes at almost 2 years old!
Wait a minute...I just re-read it and realized that I read it wrong! I thought that you were saying that Addie wore 3-6 months clothes and sometimes 0-3 month clothes now instead of Mia! LOL! An 8 month old wearing 3-6 month clothes seems much more possible than a 22 month old doing that! haha! Parker was able to wear 3-6 month clothes when he was 8 months old too, but he couldn't wear 0-3 months clothes at that time.
Addie is between 10th and 25th for height and doesn’t even register on the charts for weight. She was in between the 5th and 10th for weight until she started walking and then she dropped below (she was in between 10th and 25th before she started crawling). Her doctor said that was probably just because she was so crazy active and wasn’t too concerned since her height and head were measuring consistently on the same percentile. He told me that because I am so small that I shouldn’t worry about the girls being tiny. I am curious to see if and when Mia starts dropping in the charts. She has been roughly a pound smaller than Addie was at her 2, 4, and 6 month check ups. Her 9 month check up is in May so I guess I will found out next month! I’ve been feeding her more baby food instead of nursing as frequently during the day than I was feeding Addie at this point in hopes of plumping her up a bit! LOL
Oh and Addie wears size 6-9 month shorts but definitely not 3-6 or 0-3! She would really be a midget! LOL Mia won’t even be able to wear any shorts this summer. Even the 0-3 months are gigantic on her. In the picture I have of her pushing the princess car, her onesie is 3-6 months and look how big it is on her! She is such a shrimp!
