So I was thinking about tonight being New Year's Eve and how it is my first New Year's Eve in 2 years that I have not been pregnant! Whoo hoo! Bring on the alcoholic beverages!!
Except, I still have no desire to stay up until midnight and drink some champagne....well, I wouldn't necessarily say NO to glass of champagne but it's not something that I am sitting here looking forward to or anything. In fact, I would be perfectly fine with some sparkling grape juice!
To be quite honest, I am not even sure the hubby and I will even be ABLE to stay up until midnight. We are old people over here (at 25 and 24 we are ANCIENT-LOL) and we are usually in bed around 9:30 because we are so exhausted. I guess that is what happens when you have 2 kiddos under the age of two....
Maybe some day we will get into the NYE spirit once again!
