Merry Christmas!

Santa came! He brought the girls some pretty cool toys too.
Addie got a Guitar, My little Ponies, a big My little Pony, Play food, a yellow tabby kitty cat, books, a Holiday Barbie, and a few other things. Mia got a Soothing Seahorse (that is supposed to help her fall asleep at night--Santa thinks of Mommy too!), A brown tabby kitty cat, a Shape Sorting Barn, a Cabbage Patch doll, books and a few other things.
Addie’s favorite present from Santa was probably her play food to go with the kitchen her Gramie got her for Christmas and her My Little Ponies. Mia really likes her Soothing Seahorse and her kitty cat!
Oliver (our dog for those of you who don’t know) REALLY likes Addie’s play food…so much he keeps trying to eat it (BAD DOG!).
We have some pretty exciting news as well--I’m PREGNANT!





JUST KIDDING! LOL
Nope! Definitely not pregnant, though that was the first response we got from everyone we called to tell them we had exciting news! LOL
Our exciting news ACTUALLY is that Mia got her first tooth! It’s not fully visible if you are looking directly at her but when she is crying if you look down you can see the very top of her bottom left tooth poking it’s way through her gums. The poor thing was going to town chewing on her teething keys yesterday. You could HEAR her chewing on them. It was very sad. I kept massaging her gums for her (which she really likes a lot) and that seemed to help.
So after presents yesterday Zach and I (and Addie “helped” too) took down the Christmas tree and all of our decorations. I love having the tree up, which is why we always put it up so early, but I am always pleasantly surprised when it’s down and I remember how big my living room actually is. The place always looks so much cleaner after the tree is down too. And now Addie has room to practice riding her tricycle that her Grandma Ellen and Papa Lloyd got her for Christmas. So far she just wants Daddy to push her but she is a pretty smart cookie so I would imagine she has it figured out before her 2nd birthday.
I know I need to get some pictures uploaded….as soon as they are finished uploading to facebook and myspace I will get them on here as well!
