I called it! The hubby and I were in bed at 10:30pm on NYE! But I did have my sparkling grape juice so it was a good night!
Last night our very good friends Elizabeth and Brandon came over. It was Elizabeth’s birthday so I made dinner (taco soup) and baked her a birthday cake for dessert!
Addie loves Elizabeth and Brandon. It is so funny to see how excited she gets when she sees them at the door. I loved seeing their baby girl again. Audrey was born on the 17th. She is a DOLL! I think Mia and Audrey will be very good friends (they are exactly 4 months and 4 days apart).

I tried fixing Addie’s hair today and this is the response I got:
What was I thinking???? Apparently hair bows are the worse thing ever!I just have to show Addie the bow and she flips out “No! No! No!“ and runs away. I can’t imagine why she would be so against bows in her hair?
Hopefully Mia humors me and let’s me fix her hair in pretty bows! So far, she doesn’t seem to mind them too much:

I love sparkling grape juice!!! I don't know how far Joplin is from Branson, but the winery in Branson has DELICIOUS sparkling raspberry juice.
Oh and I tried to stay awake, but I was sound asleep by 11.
