The kiddos lately

 We haven't been doing anything too excited lately since I haven't been feeling all that great. But I can always take pictures of my kiddos.  : )  Our tree has been up for a while (yes, I am one of THOSE people) but I just got some pictures of the kids next to it this week.  Of course the 3 wouldn't cooperate and take a picture together but I did get cute ones of them individually.

Every year I make something with the kids handprints or footprints around Christmas so I remember how tiny they were.  Last year they made penguins out of their feet with Nana, the year before they made reindeer with their feet and hands.  This year we made Santas out of their hands.

I am super excited for Thanksgiving next week.  I can't wait to enjoy TWO yummy Thanksgiving dinners.  We headed to Granny's on Thanksgiving and then to my mom's that weekend.  When we come back home, we will be missing 2 children as the girls are getting their very first "vacation" from Mommy and Daddy.  They are going to stay with Nana and Papa that following week so I can have my Adiana procedure.  Jack will of course stay with us. I figure Daddy will have much more success managing one little sweet baby at the hospital while waiting for me to get out of my "surgery" as opposed to all 3. It's a 10-15 minute procedure tops but I have to be there 2 hours ahead of time and I am not suppose to drive myself home.
This little mini vacation will be the longest I have ever been away from the girls and the closer it gets the more nervous I become but not for them....for me! I doubt they miss me at all! But the plus side is we get to go see Harry Potter for my birthday without having to worry about trying to find a sitter! Whoo hoo!!! Jack will be coming with us since he will likely just sleep through the whole thing and I want him there anyway because both of the girls' first movies were also Harry Potter movies! LOL Gotta keep up the tradition!
