Addie's 2nd Bday

On Friday, Addie’s birthday, we went to Chuck E Cheese for the first time! My mom, sister and brother-in-law all came down early so they could go with us. Addie had a blast! Mia enjoyed herself too but she was too little to play any games. However, if you look at the post before this one, Mia will soon be big enough! She is starting to walk more often than she crawls. She is getting so big! Addie liked watching the big kids play too. She is a very social little lady and made lots of friends.
When we got home, we sang Happy Birthday to Addie and discovered she HATES that song. She cried and hid underneath the table until we were done! It was so sad! But she loved her cupcake so that’s all that matters!
Afterwards, Karlie and I made the Elmo cake. We are still very proud of it!
We all stayed up pretty late Friday and of course, woke up super early on Saturday since my girls think when the sun comes up, they need to wake up!
We decorated the house and Addie’s guest arrived around 2pm. We opened presents first and then ate cake and ice cream.
I think Addie had a pretty darn good birthday and I still can’t believe I am the mother of a 2 year old!
